SERVICE DEVELOPMENT

I can assist in the conceptualisation, co-design and overall development of novel and evidence-based service models for a range of mental health service delivery. I have expert knowledge and experience in regard to the service types below:

• psychosocial recovery
• homelessness
• crisis intervention
• head to health
• assertive outreach
• suicide prevention
• psychological therapies.

I am able to assist in the establishment and implementation of new services and projects. This might include overall project management or providing guidance and advice to existing establishment teams. I am available to undertake both short and long term project work. 

I believe that nearly all services and service systems are capable of generating wider impact and benefit without additional resourcing. I am strongly committed to approaches that enable leveraging and improvement of existing services to extend reach, impact and value. I can assist with assessing where these opportunities might exist and how to realise the impact and benefit gains.

I can design, lead and implement service evaluations related to performance against contractual targets, efficiency, outcome measures and qualitative indicators of perceived value and client experience

I can assist in the design, leadership and implementation of whole system or service-wide transformation based on contemporary change management and service development principles. This could include coaching key individuals in their designated roles. 

The principles of co-design with key stakeholders is central to the way I work. I can assist with the design and/or delivery of community and/or stakeholder co-design and co-production processes.
