COMMERCIAL ADVICE

I have extensive experience in the development of successful commercial approaches for mental health service delivery. This experience was largely derived from leading an organisation through a transition from contract funding to individually purchased care products and, as such, is well suited to the Australian NDIS context. I can assist in optimising care product development, marketing, costing, leveraging and efficiency to ensure viable and sustainable delivery of a high quality product. 

This approach can include mentoring to key staff, ideation & innovation workshops, development of business plans and evaluation of existing products and market offering.
