MENTORING

I strongly believe that the most important asset in a mental health service system are the people who deliver services. My whole career has been characterised by the development of great practitioners, thinkers and leaders.

I am available to provide mentoring sessions to service leaders, managers and change-makers in public, NGO and community led mental health organisations.

This is usually delivered on an individual basis but I can also work with groups of staff from within the same organisation

I can also mentor managers from outside of the mental health sector in appropriately supporting staff to manage and recover from mental ill-health in a work context
